Here is my own Shuma-Gorath. I use a ball as a base then use some clay to do the tentacles. And a paint job to finish him. I hope you like my work. Comments and suggestions are well appreciated. God bless everyone!

He/it looks great. I used to use him and Blackheart in MvC2 all the time. You should consider making a spiked ball or something like in the game.
