Bane (Marvel Icon) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:43515
Name:Bane
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Icon
Creator:masterpiece
Date Added:October 12, 2012
Base Figure:Marvel Icon Hulk
Height:12.00 inches
This custom took me awhile to.finish. I started off with a Marvel Icon Hulk. I sanded down the shorts below the knees and sanded down the rips of the clothe around the waist. I sculpted the head and.added the four small hoses in the back of the head using the twist ties that hold down the figures. I then sculpted the pants over the boots and gave it the same texture as the figures original jeans. O sculpted.the same texture on the sanded part of the waist. The boots were then sculpted which took me a good amount of time which included endless sanding to smooth out the surface of the boots. The shirt was also sculpted and gave it the same texture of the jeans. Sculpted the belt, right glove, gadgets on the left arm, and I used the outer plastic casing of an ethernet connection as the hoses connected from Banes head to his arm. I painted his suit flat black and painted the boots amd gloves.a gloss black. I used multiple colors for the skin tone, insignia red, blue & yellow, burnt sienna, tan. it was a lot of work but it was.a fun project.

That's awesome, dude. Too big for a perfect Bane for me, but that's a very great looking piece.

This is a 'masterpiece' one of the best Banes ever, I think it actually IS the best Bane on here (no offence to other Bane makers)

Awesome Bane. I love how massive he is. The perfect behemoth to face a 6-7" Batman in my opinion. Great job!

wow. killer bane, huge and imposing! what scale bats do you plan to use him with? I'm thinking he'd be cool for a 7" arkham city scale. but anyway, he looks awesome, really great work!
