To tell you how much I LOVE this figure; I was doing a search for Parallax figs on the net, saw this & was so incredibly blown away by it that I joined this site JUST to tell you how unbelievably beautiful this figure is. It is by far one of the most gorgeous figures - custom or factory - I've ever seen. You're customizing talent is off the charts. Thank you for sharing this.

What did you use for the shoulder pads? Sculpy material or figure fodder?

This custom is incredible! WOW! How do you keep your lines so straight? Are you using some kind of stencil? Also, what kind of epoxy putty do you use?

Thank you brother. All lines are handpainted. Just need a good brush, steady hand, patience and time. We used a 2-part plumber's putty for this one. Thanks again !

Hi, this might be a stupid question, but what paint do you use to paint your customs?
avatar
loosecollector -
Thursday, October 25, 2012
It's not a stupid question brother. New things come to those who ask !
It's Tamiya acrylics. They are round-shaped bottles of water soluble paints.
Do not use the square-shaped enamels. They will become sticky on plastic. Hope this helps

You give me too much credit brother. Funny how you mentioned statue-quality, which is how I describe your airbrushing. I strive to be as good as you with it.... someday.

LC, are you even human?

Firstly, why would you even WANT to paint that logo by hand? I'd be kicking out the printer in a heartbeat. Damn man, it's just wonderful. Did you tape off all those lines on his legs?

I guess I am bro... Thank you for dropping by !
And two things:

1 - no tape was used in making this figure
2 - one animal was slightly hurt (overfed the fish )
