Major Victory is one of my favorite characters, so it's always a plus to finish another variation of him. Towards the end of the original Guardians run, he gave Captain America's shield to the President, then encountered the Beyonder who gave him a new uniform. After this, he was attacked by Mephisto who removed the spell that had been placed on him, and as a result he began to age. The uniform was a form of a symbiote so it covered his entire body to protect him. To my understanding, he wore this costume until the series ended where he was lost in time. The star was a pain to get even on both the front and back, but I think it came out nicely. I was stuck on a head at first, but Archangel fit perfectly. Just required a little sanding to make it smooth.
