The hero known as "The Ghost Who Walks" was a figure I have been wanting to do since I saw the Billy Zane movie back in the 90’s and always wondered why we never got a really good version of him or even a toyline or two. Well I can fix that!

The head was part short-haired Marvel Legends Winter Soldier with the capped part of the head a complete result. This head works perfectly for the figure, very heroic and mysterious. The body was, for the most part Marvel Legends Bucky-Cap. I resulted the forearms and added boots from ML Face Off Red Skull. The belt was also mostly the one belonging to Bucky-Cap with pieces of LCBH Wrarrl’s belt and an extra gun holster (from unknown source) spliced in to make a very good Phantom belt.

Now for the pain in the butt, the hands. I used the ML Ronin hands since they were interchangeable. My ideas was to make open and closed hands for each hand. Simple enough but sculpting the rings on each hand. The Phantom has a “Good Mark” ring n his left and a “Evil Mark” or “Skull Mark” ring on his right hand. After about three attempts I got them sculpted just right. Now the base was a repaint of Man-Thing’s with The Phantom’s pet wolf Devil added to it.

Finished him off with some light sanding/priming and painting in Tamiya paints and a few washes he is a very awesome tribute to the first spandex wearing hero!
