"A Bile Demon has entered your dungeon. It will eat you out of house and home, but treat it well and it makes an excellent combatant and may even spend time in the workshop manufacturing traps for your dungeon." For my first contest entry I chose the gluttonous, gaseous Bile Demon. He is one of my favourite creatures from my favourite game: Dungeon Keeper. The Bile Demon is one of the largest creatures in the game, and is so bulky that he must move around by picking himself up on his hands and then heave his enormous gut forward. He fights with two spiked flails attaches to his horns, or various deadly gas attacks. Bile Demons spend most of their time eating and sleeping, but will do combat training or manufacturing if needed. They detest Skeletons and will fight with them if their lairs are too close together. This particular Bile Demon is depicting the pose it strikes after being slapped by the hand of evil. This figure is made entirely from scratch and features four points of articulation at the shoulders and elbows (or six if you count the chains on the horns). It stands at 1.75 inches from the top of the horns to the ground. It is 4.75 inches around the waist and has a horn span of 4 inches. Ingredients used: -Super Sculpey -Tin foil -1 Marble -1 Twist tie -1 Bobby pin -1 Small chain from a necklace -Acrylic paint Music I listened to while making this: -Agalloch -Summoning -Sopor Aeternus & the Ensemble of Shadows -Dethklok -Enslaved "Beware! The Lord of the Land approaches!" ![]() |

Also, I strongly reccomend checking out Dungeon Keeper for anyone who hasn't. I've been playing it quite a bit lately to prep for this custom and it definitely still holds up today. They just don't make games like this anymore.
I remember reading about Dungeon Keeper, in a gaming magazine, years ago and wanting to play it, although I never did (who wouldn't want to be the big bad boss and oversee the dungeon, instead of looting it, for a change?)
