This is a fairly simple custom. I happened to see the base figure at a local store on clearance and thought it would make a good Skeletor. I removed the head and replaced with a skeletor head that I already had. I cut and repositioned the right arm. Dremeled out the right hand so that he could hold his staff. I decided to make him an original weapon, for his hammer I used a brute hammer cut down and some fodder parts added to the back. I also gave him a cape. Gave the entire figure a coat of black and drybrushed him from there. Thanks for looking, comments are always welcome.
