- painted jacket and sleeves brown with black dry brushed on for texture
- head is from DCUC Red Robin, painted metallic red
- hands and guns are fodder
- belt from Marvel Legends Steve Rogers, Agent of SHIELD
- emblem is label paper painted red with a Sharpie (wish i could sculpt like so many others out here)
- sealed, of course

so there it is, the Red Hood. Until Dc Collectibles can decide to give us figures that most of us can afford instead of making statues 90% of us can't afford, I'm quite happy with him.
