Figures used: Movie Masters Bane and the Movie Masters two-pack shirtless Bane.

I began by removing the coat with an x-acto knife and then began splicing the upper body seams with a small box cutter very carfefully not to damage the exterior of the figure or breaking it. Once the seams were accessible I took a eyeglasses screwdriver and wedged into the seams carefully and slowly looseing the glue and finally separating it allowing me to remove arms of the figure and set it aside. Next I moved onto the shirtless Bane which was the easier figure to break down since I was planning to discarding the upper-body piece anyhow, I used the same process as before but was obviously more aggressive in separating the piece and taking the arms of the figure out and discarding the rest of the figure. I moved back to the standard Bane, taking the back portion and leg section and set the sleeveless arms in place, applying a light amount of glue in the inside peg holes of the upper-body piece and lightly around the seams before applying the top piece firmly and holding it tightly until it sealed.

Side note: I choose to also exchange the heads of the two figures as well, this was based purely on my opinion that the shirtless Bane had a better painted head-sculpt and didn't set at a downward angle like the other head.

The regular Bane figure I used had a green back. So you should probably paint yours since you got one of the flesh colored back Bane figures. There were two versions released.

Thanks guys. As to how to put the arms in. Carefully take an x-acto knife and carefully start to cut the seams from the sides to shoulder and neck to loosen to glue from the top portion of the torso. Carefully work the back plate off with an eyeglasses screwdriver and do the same with the bare armed Bane. Then just interchange the arms which fit perfectly into the slots and then carefully glue the back plate back on and apply pressure until the glue holds. Then you should be done beyond a whatever minor touch ups that might be needed. Hope this helps and thanks for the compliments guys.
