Lara Croft (Tomb Raider) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:42640
Name:Lara Croft
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Tomb Raider
Creator:JeddTheJedi
Date Added:September 10, 2012
Base Figure:LCBH Ann O'Brien
Height:7.00 inches
I've seen several customisers on the Realm use LCBH Ann O'Brien as a Lara Croft base figure. I actually wanted to make one more than a a year ago, and then royally screwed everything up, ruining three perfectly fine figures in the process.

When I saw another LCBH Ann O'Brien in the bargain bin at a convention, I took it as a sign!

-Main thing was shaving down her thighs and legs to make them more proportionate, because they do bulge a fair bit.
-Repositioned the belt, it's too high up.
-Backpack made from the backpack included in the Playmates TR movie toys, with Survival Suit Bruce Wayne webbing for the straps.
-The hair was interesting. Most of it is from DCUC Kamandi, chopped off appropriately and cut to taper towards a ponytail. The ponytail was cut off another Playmates Tomb Raider, and blended together
-The Ann O'Brien face - I really do not like it. Went in with the dremel and adjusted the nose; it was originally very awkward and inelegant. Will also repaint the eyes and eyebrows so she looks less aloof.
-Functioning holsters from a Playmates TR figure
-Pouch on the back of belt (not visible in these photographs) from an RE5 Sheva Alomar
-Twisty ties for shorts detail.
-Pistols from a Playmates TR figure, and rifle from an M2 toys Trinity figure

Thanks for looking!

UPDATED with some new paint work, and general cleanup on the eyes and face paints.

That's a LOT of modifications to the Ann figure to make her into Lara. That's impressive. I really like the proportions of her.

Thank you very much! The Ann O'Brien figure seems to work for Lara, but I had to modify it very heavily. I'm glad you think she looks okay!
