wheels:bottle caps glued back to back
mufflers:balloon sticks
exhaust pipes: pc parts(keyboard,mouse)
threads:bag straps
lights:LEDs
rivets: rubber band(rounded cut thinly)
details:computer cables,clothesline wires,old comp.processors,computer parts.

paint:flat black spray paint(base color)
hand painted the details.
