I always wanted to do a Scarlet Spider, and my TrU got a bunch of Spiderman figures in, so I picked up a Green Goblin and a Black suit Spiderman and got to work. I completely disassembled him so I could sand down the joints to prevent rub, only to realize after the fact that the articulation isn't all that great in the first place. Cut apart the Green goblin, dremelled out a hollow under the belt and shoved the lower half of Spidey in there with some green stuff. Bands from Black Widow and that's it.
