Iron Fist was made by swapping some parts with Black Panther to make Black Panther taller and Iron Fist shorter. I swapped the shoulders and upper legs with series 10 Black Panther, the lower legs are from a broken Giant Man series Thor, and the rest of the parts are from series 12 Iron Fist. I removed the collar and re-sculpted the chest for a more modern look. After that I gave him a full paint job.
