Another member of the Young All-Stars, Paula Brooks would eventually turn to crime and marry Lawrence Crock, the Sportsmaster.

She was made strictly by repainting a Batman Legacy Catwoman figure. The crossbow is from a GI Joe 25th Scarlett. Pretty easy besides sculpt on the boots, and painting all the stripes.
