Militant is HYDRA's very own version of Captain America, and leader of the "HYDRA Super-Agents". I had NO idea this guy even existed until I saw him as an enemy character in the Facebook Avengers game. I had more than a few Caps on hand so I figured I'd give 'em a shot. He's a repainted Captain America figure from the K-Mart exclusive "International Heroes" set, with some sculpting done on his chest for his emblem and on his shield as well.
