Filet-O-Fish (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
The mutant fish-man known as Filet-o-Fish was part of a fish-man community in what used to be southern Texas. When his Sea-Mother was destroyed by werewolf women, he was left to wander aimlessly. His bite still capable if infecting his victim with silver worms, making them nearly impossible to kill, but since his Sea-Mother had been destroyed, the victim also maintaining their free will. Filet-o-Fish was eventually captured by the McDonaldland mutant outcasts, where he gained the name Filet-o-Fish as a joke from the mocking guards. Not long after his capture, he changed one captor for another as the same band of werewolf women that had slain his Sea-Mother wiped out the mutant base where he was being held. Knowing the value of the bite of a fish-man with no Sea-Mother, the werewolf women kept Filet-o-Fish first as a captive and later as he became increasingly useful to them, he gained a bit of freedom, although he remains the property of the werewolf woman who first claimed him as her spoils. What started out as a simple comment on Carlton's page turned into this figure. Someone commented on one of my McDonaldland customs 'Where's Filet-o-Fish?" the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to make one, it was not only interesting, it fit in really well with the world Carlton has established in Warrior Wolf Women of the Wasteland and Barbarian Beast Bitches of the Badlands. To make Filtet-o-Fish I cut the head off of an Opee figure from Star Wars Episode I and re-sculpted parts, next I cut the head off a Bi-Beast and then attached the fish head to the body, I then used a couple sets of "scales" form Onslaught figures to make up the back of the fish head. I filled all the gaps in with green stuff and sculpted it o match the texture of the fish body, then I painted it. Please wait... |
