My vision of alot of the dc characters are from the bruce timm/paul dini animated series, which is why to me, killer croc is always grey. Recipie as follows
Beast ML base
Akuma bottom half
Killer croc from nija batman series head
Sculpt for weird nodules.

Wow, this is a great splicing of parts and a terrific look for Killer Croc. Personally, I thought that Killer Croc's appearance in TAS was not intimidating enough and he was often portrayed as dim-witted, but you've certainly made it a great deal more scary while retaining the basic elements of that look.
