This a complete head re-sculpt. I made her head from green stuff, shaved down her shoulders some, and cut out the chunk of plastic in her foot they added to the heels that shouldn't have been there. I then painted her and added some enamel clear coat flat-coat.

Gorgeous work! The DC Direct version is fugly! You have just re-engineered this figure into something beautiful.

Substantial improvement. That super-ugly DC Direct Catwoman head really turned me off the figure and so I didn't buy it. Nice re-paint too.

(Note: Working on getting less blurry pictures to put up here, my camera is was just being a pain. If anyone has suggestions that help keep close items in focus on a Kodak 12 MP C143 EasyShare, I'd love the help!)
