I improved my previous recipe and did many changes to eliminate paint rub. Used a Spider-sense Spidey figure then spliced the neck and head of a Battle Attack Spidey. I then replaced the painted hip joints that were made of red plastic with blue rings from a Spectacular Spiderman animated figure. That same figure also donated blue pegs to replace the red pegs to help match even more. I dremeled down the double jointed knee rings then covered the peg holes w epoxy. I was going to do the arm holes too but like that it makes it still look like a toy. Finally, I painted over all of the black paint with traditional Spidey blue (It was a little disappointing to see that there was already a blue/red version of this guy in a two pack w Doc Ock!). I left the red cause it already had a good wash over it and just touched up some areas.

Superposeable Spideys are still the best IMOP, but still can't see spending crazy money like that. I wasn't one of the lucky ones who snagged a McFarlane Spidey,so I tried to make my own superposeable version!

Thanks for looking!

It was only on a swivel before w no ball joint. I have done some new updates to the base that I may be posting shortly.

Good choices for the body parts to make a well proportioned Spider-man. You matched the colors nicely too.

I remember the last one, it was good, but the lighter paints look like the more average colour palette of the comics. Either way he has a good mix of parts and nice poseability.
