I'll explain the full story later, but this is my version of what Jun would look like after the events of Halo:Reach, (since he's the only one who survived from Noble Team. So, my story is quite simple; after the Human-Covenant War, the UNSC rounded up as many surviving Spartans as they could and dispatched them to different duties. Jun was drafted to be part of an expeditionary cell of the UNSC who's job was to return to glassed planet aand see if the planets remained inhospitable and how they could be beneficial to the growth of Earth and her colonies: resources, living spaces, scientific discoveries etc. Also during this time the UNSC teamed up with the Separatist Alliance of Sanghelios in order to defeat the flood. Spartans were modified with new weapons and armor to fight, and a new project was undergone in order to create the armors and soldiers that would fight the flood without resistance;.
