Similar customs have been done several times, so this is another conversion of a DC Direct Yellow Lantern Scarecrow into a more regular-looking version of the Batman villain. The figure would have been a perfect default Scarecrow if not for the Yellow Lantern styling. I dremelled down and painted over the chest symbol, and painted over the yellow bits of the figure. The belt is made from string from the Movie Masters Scarecrow mask accessory, and the bandages on his wrists are from the same thing.

Updated with new paints - a more even brown for the coat, and a beige-brown for the trousers.
