This is an old custom, one of my firsts, and my first time using sculpting putty. I went for a mixture of looks, from 'Super' up to 'Other M'.
The helmet was a nightmare, I must of tried 5 times to get it right. The shoulder pads are from a ML Titanium Man, sculpted over and attached to the shoulder joints, so the figure can retain full articulation. Sculpted on chest,back,upper legs, knees, and of course the blaster, which started off as a pen top lid. The back pack/boosters on the back also have 2 bits of lego in them to give the right shape. Any bits you see painted greenish have also been painted with glow in the dark paint. I tried to take a photo of it but it just didn't turn out.
Will try and make some space pirates and a ripley at some point.
Here's hoping we see a new Metroid game on Wii U or 3DS soon!
