i posted this beaty b4 but i got complaints about not seeing the face cuz of the vail and being accused of using photo shop so i repainted harley and ripped her vail off and took the photos with backrounds i made from constrution paper  Please wait... |

Galactape mentioned it as (to me as well) it looked like someone used a low-DPI pen tool to scibble over the customs face. It looked like that because your flash too bright/close to your figure - and it was massively out of focus.
Usually, the accusation of photoshop means the photo was somehow illegitimately improved (clone tooling away bumpy paint, for example) - this wasn't the type of Photoshopping being mentioned. Your 1st photos of Harley Quinn were just poorly done photos. These are better, but there's still room for improvement.
If your digital camera has a flower icon (macro) use that, hold the shutter down half-way for it to focus - then shoot the picture. Why put hard work into a custom figure, only to have the camera capture it poorly?
