Hello, everyone! Next up is another Luke Cage! I think this is no. 5. Drax head, Black Manta upper, Drax lower, Daken belt, Public Enemies Major Force bicepts and Superman forearms. Not sure who the fists belong to but I think Hawkman (both have veins and fingernails). I also have a pair of opened dcuc fists so he can grab thugs and throw them across Hell Kitchen!

A lot of prep went into this with some Krylon flat black primer, Citadel and Model Masters paints. No airbrush. Thanks for stopping by and as always comments are appreciated. Off to the next character. Later.

Thanks everyone! I noticed the texture I sculpted in his beard was filled in with all the drybrusing. I think I should go back, strip the goatee and lightly layer it again. I am not repainting those eyes though, always rewarding, but never easy!

Yes I did. The Daken belt is perfect for it. Nice and snug with no paint peeling off. I guess I shoulda did more action pics.

great idea because the worst part about that drax figure is the upper body. this is a massive improvement. did you still retain waist articulation with this?
