Eggman NEGA was pretty much just a repaint. I did however have to fabricate new glasses and and goggles. I gave him that little thing on his back using craft foam and I gave him the longer coattails using some extra fodder.

He was only in portable platform games (except for some of the mario and sonic games) so I don't blame you.
He is one of eggman's decendants from blaze's alt dimension. He is also the main villan of sonic rush, sonic rush adventure, and sonic rivals 1 & 2
