Heretic Predator (Predator) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:39144
Name:Heretic Predator
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Predator
Creator:kirkieball
Date Added:May 14, 2012
Base Figure:Neca Boar Predator
Height:8.00 inches
Not Finished. This figure much like my other figure uses heavily on the Mcfarlane figures for their additions (needs paint badly). This figure draws almost exclusively from the Viking Spawn figure.

Did not like the standard neca boar figure so I decided to jazz him up a bit! (looks slightly glamrock-ish in my opinion!)
I love this figure and if my paint skills are up to it I hope he will become my favorite or second favorite neca figure I own.

Does anyone know how to swap out heads from older neca predators with new ones? Also does anyone know how to fix loose leg joints? This guy has a bad case of crazy legs. Also stuff is just held on by blue tac at the minute does anyone know of a semi permanant solution to attaching/ customizing figures without resorting to super glues?

Nice work. I agree, this is an original design. Headed towards a good finish. In order to swap the heads, you have to understand they are on a ball with a plastic stem. The stem inserts into the heads, and the ball inserts into the necks. Just super heat the necks using a hair dryer, and pull, and the heads should pop right out. Do the same thing again when you want to put them back together. This also works for their arms, waists, elbows, etc. You can also boil them in hot water, that works too.

This Predator is looking awesome!
I agree with SirDigby...look at different tutorials on this site...also research both Google and YouTube on how to customize figures. You're bound to find a lot of helpful tips out there.
Good luck.

That figure is amazingly original.. if I may have the liberty to say so.. Amazing... absolutely amazing... As for the Neca head swap, I'm not up to speed on the procedure. As for attachment of extras, I've always used a small dab of Krazy-glue... nothing massive, just enough for a solid hold. Look into other bonding agents if you want... research makes a good figure.

Congratulations again on the figure... It is blessed in Predator style.
