Brother Voodoo was made from a Dc Universe base(dont remember the exact one) with feet added from a wrestling figure. The chest uniform is made from styrene as well as the pant fringe. The arm band is from the twist ties that hold figures in packaging. The ear ring is made from apoxie sculpt. Necklace is from the same twist ties and apoxie sculpt for the teeth on it.
