i love the modern mister fear look as seen fairly recently in daredevil and the thunderbolts. he's a bullseye base, sculpted and lined chest panel and sculpted gauntlets, ghost rider head, flames removed and resculpted, fear gas gun was made from pieces of other guns, moonknight cape, dyed black with rit, the dry brushed.
