so i got ahold of a damaged dcsh riddler and used gotham city thug lower arms
repaint simple

the head
i saw what dcnu done with riddler (shaving a queston mark into his head and dying hair green) i do not aprove however i tried same here
i used a matrix head an painted hair pink
didnt quite have same effect fo some aftershave cap/lid and repainted that
