I have recently discovered an amazing customizer by the name of Grownnerd. I feel like I've been under a rock, because this guy makes INCREDIBLE customs and has been making them for years. Well his claim to fame is that he likes to Frankenstein all sorts of parts that don't fit and make them fit and look extremely natural. It's kinda of hard to explain but check his work out on Fwoosh and you will know what I mean. Anyways I was really inspired by this so I wanted to try my hand at this type of customizing. This contest gave me the perfect opportunity to do so, and to come up with a different recipe for a Werewolf than the DCU Manbat/Dog Soldier one.
I started by taking two figures I had in my fodder bin (Venom and Man-spider) that I thought I would never use because they were pre-marvel legends and did not have the same joints I am accustomed to working with. I used my dremel to hack off limbs and with sculpt put them on my custom. I will go into more detail on my WIP's page.
So we have Wolfman my one favorites of the classic monsters. The really cool thing about making him is that I can make his proportions any way I wanted. So I made his chest and arms massive while giving him skinny legs like a real wolf would have. As always thanks for looking and God Bless!!
