The idea to do this figure came to me, by simply having the parts all together on my work bench at the right time. I also like the character. His body is mostly an MU Dark Phoenix 2-Pack Cyclops, with modded hands and the claws from a GI Joe Rise of Cobra Doctor Rex. The cape is from a DC Universe Infinite Heroes Psycho Pirate, and heavily modded. The head is an MU Spidey from the Sentry 2-Pack.
