My last one is 6 month ago, Cap America. Started this one over 1 1/2 year ago. Hi lies around for month. Took a 12" Killer Croc as a base, fixed the arms and legs with Apoxie. Cut the arms a the elbows to gave them another position for the blades in the left and the energy in his right hand. Also cut the legs at the knees to reposit the lower legs. Took the feets of and build the hooves from styrene and apoxie. Most diffult was to model the head, face and the wings. Killer crocs head was swapped off and Illidan`s head were placed on the new sculpted neck. His eyes are from Resin. The wings were made from the wires of a sunshade, so I had the ankle for the handbones and they were strong enough for those big wings. The head can be swapped of to change the led`s if one is damaged. The lead in the right arm was heavy to do. Cut out a piece of the lower arm to find the whole in it, to put the cable in for the led. The whole body of Killer Croc was resculpted. You can switch the led`s on at the backside of the base. The loinclothes are sculpted from Apoxie, too. Paint him with high quality colors and sprayed him with matt varnish. The blades were made from a piece of steel and sculpted with apoxie. I sculpted the base with polyurethane foam and Apoxie,The power for the led`s is in the base a 9V battery.
