had a couple extra bullseyes so this figure seemed like a given. stripped accessories off of bullseye and filled holes, sanded down and resculpted forehead, make sickle from aoa weapon x stump and other fodder and reshaped pieces of plastic, cut head forks from styrene set in cut off nails, drilled holes in head and set in, sculpted skull and crossbones on chest. cape from a smc hobgoblin. i figured a guy with a sickle hand would prolly have a ripped up cape. then total repaint.
