That is actually a unique way of coming up with a name. I do that sometimes as well. Another was I come up with names is I find something characteristic about the character and make a name from something that actually exists. Like my Green Lantern Andesi, he is named after Andesite which is a volcanic rock. And it makes sense because he is of the Pummice People.

Going back to your "Fake" Abin Sur. I think we should keep an eye out for what Abin Sur has to do with the Indigo Tribe. It appears as though they worship him given his name is in their crazy oath. Your story could be that the Indigo Tribe worshipped Abin Sur so much they made a clone of him who eventually became known as Abin Faux. Just a thought.

@Saber4734....Abin Faux??? Story goes...well, I have no back story, LOL. Other than what I posted in the desript he is the same "race" as Abin Sur but not him. Since I created the figure originally to fill my Abin Sur spot in my collection I eventually DID purchase the Abin Sur figure off the net so now I had 2 Abin Sur characters...So I painted a mask on my custom and he became the Abin Sur FAKE (hence the name "Faux", which is the French word for "false" )..LOL!!
