Many fans (myself included) disliked the way lion-o's face was released in the 6 inches figure. So to fix that cut out the "angry" lion-o face, the made a cast of a superman head, and carefully inserted it within the head. After filling the gaps with apoxie, I made a resin cast of the entire head and voila, lion-o in a more accurate portrayal, without the angry mug!
