I took a Moore's Action Collectibles Witchblade body (Top Cow figure from the 1990s), cut it apart and hollowed it out with a dremel tool fitting the upper torso and the lower torso together with a revolution tech ball joint so her upper torso can move not only in a swivel but also back and forth. The lower pelvis area was taken from a Legendary Heroes Witch blade, as well as the arms and legs. The hair came from a Graduation Day Faith action figure from the BtVS Toy line. The sword is a modified Medieval Witchblade, the handle from a McFarlane Valkyrie war-axe. Her satellite phone came from a 1990's W.I.L.D. Cats Grifter action figure. Her gun came from a NECO Tombraider Lara Croft Action figure, the badge was made from an old checkbook cover and some circuit board parts. Her armor was sculpted with green stuff, or glued on from armor parts I cut apart from the Red Dress Witchblade figure also from the Moore's Action Collectibles Top Cow 1990's line (her head is from that figure too). I gave her ears too, it bothered me that she didn't have any. They were shaved off the head of a Marvel Legends Emma Frost in the parts bin (who hasn't replaced that figure's ugly mug?). The paints are a mix of Citadel (Gun Metal), FolkArt (Champagne, Sunset Orange, Linen, and the 949 Skin Tone) , and Game Colors paint (Red Ink Paint Dye, and Semi-gloss dark brown). She was sealed in Krylon plastic fusion clear flat non gloss mat. She didn't take me very long to make and I was pleased with the end result. Please wait... |
