This is a character named Tome from the Comic Shadowhawk. I'm a big Shadowhawk fan, and I wanted to do this odd character for a little while. I was also trying to figure out what to do with the Toyman figure. The character is made from an old book. So I painted the Toyman figure brown quickly and covered him with bits and strips of weathered brown paper. then painted the paper a little bit. He always looks different in the comics so he was kinda easy. I just didn't want him to look like a mummy.
