An idea I had since I first saw this armor from the Wal-Mart IM wave. I recently managed to pick up the red & silver version for cheap so I figured why not. Although the black & gold version of this suit would've been nicer to save on some paint-rub work but...lol. I figured since IM's armory isn't exactly impenetrable considering many villains have gotten in to it, then who says Constrictor couldn't have gotten himself some armor?

Interestingly enough, Constrictor (as well as many other tech-themed Marvel villains) got a high-tech armor upgrade in Secret War (the Nick Fury one, not the Beyonder one) courtesy of Lucia von Bardas, Elected Prime Minister of Latveria. It was a great storyline with some amazing character designs, and this COnstrictor looks a lot like that one. This is some wonderful work, sir. Well done!

Not only is this a great looking concept suit, but it also makes more sense, like the exoskeleton would be so much more useful and protective... I hope marvel is watching this!
Great work on the paints by the way, I found painting this figure when I was sprucing up my movie figure, the plastic didn't like to take paint, so sweet work! That batman head work out quite well too, good idea there!

Thanks Pulpy! I know what you mean about the paint, even after I washed him and did all the prep work to him, he was a little stubborn. I decided I had to use Krylon Fusion on him and that was that, smooth sailing for the most part afterwords with the paint. Thanks again!

Wow. Constrictor really grew on me during the Avengers Initiative run, and I always wanted a figure of him. And this armored concept looks awesome. I rarely say this, but I really, really wanna steal this idea. Amazing job.
