This is a Rogue in the outfit she picked up when she returned to the core team after X-treme X-men ended. She was also wearing this in the Rogue mini when she took Sunfire's powers somewhat permanently.

Basically it was an update on her 90s look with a trenchcoat and it looks pretty spiffy. Yellow + any color is always a tough mix to paint, but I like how it turned out.
