This Vile Volition has had multiple figures in the past, but here is a costume change for Norman Osborn that hasn’t been made into plastic yet though there was a 12" rotocast that sort of looked like it. This custom was first a mistake on my part as I was trying to make the entire Marvel Initiative Thunderbolts team, a comic book story arc written by Warren Ellis with art by Mike Deodato and covers by Marko Djurdjevic. The striking cover of issue #120 featured the Green Goblin in a cool looking costume, so I started making a custom of this costume and half way through I looked through the actual book and found the costume weren’t the same. In the book Osborn was wearing his Marvel Knights Spider-man costume, this costume had an Hasbro oversized unleashed figure. So it seems that Djurdjevic took liberties with the cover and drew the Green Goblin in his Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 costume, which was an awesome costume design. So this is how this custom came about and put in this contest for your consideration.

This Green Goblin Custom was made from ML Sinister Six box set Green Goblin arms & boots, HML Ronin upper legs, SMC Hobgoblin torso, Movie Maniacs Wish Master Djinn head, and a whole lot of fodder parts.
