Sinestro Corps need an Torment Guard to counter act the Green Lantern Corps Honer Guard
The Torment Guard is a team of elite monsters, assassins, and anything else Sinestro feels worthy.

(Insert name here) is from the planet Urak (the plant of the keepers see green lantern corps 1-6) he has once a top assassins that very few ever met and lived. During Sinestro's time as a green lantern he explored Urak and took note of the potential power in the people.
When froming the Sinestro Corps he sent a ring to Urak to find the greatest source of fear on the planet after the ring searched and found nothing worthy of Sinestro might (Insert name here) reveled him self to his next victim the unmeasurable amout of fear and the ring quickly found (Insert name here). (Insert name here) was the second to be awarded a spot in the Torment Guard.


So that his story now we need a name
