well, this characters are from Black Panther/Marvel Legends story arc, where the new F4 end up on a planet inhabited by Skrulls in the Marvel Zombies universe.
Susan Storm and Reed Richards have decided to take a break from the Fantastic Four, leaving Panther and his wife Storm temporarily in charge of the group, Not long afterwards the Baxter Building is attacked by a large beetle-like alien who has managed to escape from the Negative. Zone T'Challa uses two magical frogs to attempt to teleport the creature back to the Negative Zone. But instead the bug warrior and the Four are transported to a Skrull planet in the Marvel Zombies universe, the Fantastic Four are forced to battle a group of Skrulls what seems to be Johnny's old girlfriend Lyja, as well as three other Skrulls, each with a different power of the Fantastic Four. Seeing the situation, the surviving Skrulls and the new Fantastic Four decide to work together to defeat the Zombie menace, the FF escape to a ship using the frogs. While the Black Panther makes contact with Earth and his counterpart to find out what happened in this world, they are confronted by the Skrull Fantastic Four, now transformed into zombies and out for blood.
