Oddly enough, I was looking for a head to use and it struck me to use Channing Tatum with some sculpted hair and some painted stubble. It worked just fine. His hair was made from layered super glue. Then painted his hair and used some watered-down paint for stubble. I sculpted off the webgear on Recondo's body and replaced it with some random bits of sliced up straps from other Joe gear. Also sanded down Recondo's upper legs to get rid of armor plating. I painted him up using the Hot Toys Chris Redfield as a model. Drilled small holes in ROC Storm Shadow's kneecaps in order for the knee pads to fit in. I had to dremel the lower part of Recondo's thighs around the knee portion for the kneecap of Storm Shadow to be able to fit in for legs to extend all the way. Even sculpted small earpiece like he had in the game.
