This Evil Denizen of Gotham was created using DCUC Captain Cold. I wanted to make a more articulated Mr. Freeze and also one that reflected my idea of what he should look like. We keep on getting that roid monkey from mattel and Mr. Freeze is more tragic and a psychological threat to Batman. I used the DCD Freeze and hollowed it to attach to Captain Cold. I made a cast of DCUC Lex Luthor and sculpted the goggles. I also added a little height to him, paint and there you go, DCUC Mr. Freeze.
