Dr. Robotnik's Eggmobile is mostly an Ornament, some fun foam, components from Radio Shack for the headlight, a little this, a little that, and a magnet hidden at the bottom for attachments like the Ball/Chain. The Magnet leaves the opportunity for more devious devices to be attached. Enjoy!
