Disney released a revamp of the Disney Princesses last year called the Disney Designer Princess line. Since Disney owns Star Wars... Princess Leia! First I had to repaint her face, then added real eyelashes to her eyes. After that restyled the hair, and next was to completely sew her gown from scratch. Then made the belt from jewelry pieces, and added self-adhesive silver crystals to her bodice. The bracelet was an earring, and the R2-D2 unit was a left over from a model kit. I then repainted R2 with a needle, and clay molding tool then added a blue crystal for his eye placing it in her hand with clear bands and I was finally done!
