I went for the look from DCU online game. In the game he wears a Purple outfit. I took diff design from diff comics and the game to make up this look. Thanks for the feedback

It may not be perfect but I like it. I think it should be repainted Blue so it does not scream desaad for one point. I think you have the right base for the character, and I might be making one using now thanks to your idea so great work.
