This is the GDX 25th/Modern Era update of the obscure 1988 mail-away exclusive figure, Super Trooper. For those who may not know who he is, or barely remember the guy, you might remember a huge, over the top, live-action G.I.Joe toy commercial hyping the mail away offer to receive the figure.

Super Trooper was always a guilty favorite and I've always wanted to create a custom figure based on the character.

He's composed of many different parts from different 25th Anniversary figures:

25th Breaker (RAM Cycle) - (Head)
25th Greenshirt - (Torso and Legs)
25th Dr. Mindbender - (upper arms and belt)
25th Cobra Flint - (forearms)
25th Viper- (5 pack Chrome faced)
ROC Pit Commando (hands)
Custom sculpted arm gear

The custom actually features the chrome accessories of the original 1988 figure (on the right), which were difficult to find for a decent price and in good condition. Tracking down the chrome shield, gun, helmet and chest gear took months!
