So,I've had a Flash custom for quite awhile now and none of his famous Rogues to go with him,So I thought I'd start with my favorite.Leonard Snart,a.k.a Captain Cold.I used a MU Dr.Strange for the upper body with a Pilot Destro head and Resolute Cobra Trooper upper legs and ROC Pit Commando lower.The other costume details including the goggles were done with apoxie sculpt.
