His name is "Nakastsonteyotl Ocelotl" meaning "Pride Jaguar" or "Jaguar Proud" He is a "ocelopilli" in the Nahuatl language whose meaning is "Jaguar Warrior." (ocelotl is the word for jaguar) The Ocelopilli belonged to the lower class in the Aztec culture, they were considered warriors of the night, the occult. They went to the front. For the title of jaguar warrior had to capture 12 enemies, they would be offered in sacrifice to the gods. His uniform was a jaguar skin was placed on his back, his arms were the same as the eagle warriors. Now, the custom. For this figure I used a WWE figure for the base, the helmet was sculpted with epoxy, the boots were taken from some figure from the fodder box. Acrylic paint y foamy for the shoulder pads and the piece over his chest. As you can see, what I tried to make was a modern versión of a Jaguar Warrior, but not totally futuristic, so, that's why only the boots looks modern, I think. I really love the results, hope you like him to. Thanks for viewing and any comment wellcome. ![]() |

K'inich Janaab' Pakal (23 March 603 – 28 August 683)[1] was ruler of the Maya polity of Palenque in the Late Classic period of pre-Columbian Mesoamerican chronology. During a long reign of some 68 years Pakal was responsible for the construction or extension of some of Palenque's most notable surviving inscriptions and monumental architecture. I bought it 2 years ago on a trip with my wife to Palenque, Chiapas.
